Meet Our Women-Owned Forged Partners

We love to introduce our guests to creative, unique, and exciting products from Forged Partners. But just who are Forged Partners? Forged Partners are family and independently owned artisan makers. Parkhurst is always looking to onboard new partners, especially those who are minority, women, disadvantaged, or veterans, to ensure small food entrepreneurs from all backgrounds have an opportunity to thrive.

Meet a few of our Women-Owned Forged Partners and read their stories below.

Cece J’s Snacks
While working in sales and management at various Fortune 500 companies, Cece J’s founder Ceceilia Jackson recognized the demand for natural products with minimum ingredients. This “aha!” moment sparked her journey in the kitchen, where she taught herself the art of dehydrating fruits and vegetables and started creating healthy snacks.

Vintage Baked Modern
In 2012, Apryl Niksch left her 20-year-plus career in event planning and fundraising and decided to start her own healthy lifestyle business, where she developed all-natural, innovative snacks. In 2019, she introduced new specialty diet baking mixes and a variety of baked goods like muffins, gluten-free cookies, vegan, keto, and more, and Vintage Baked Modern was born.

Edenesque
Edenesque founder and veteran chef Leslie Woodward examined diet-related illness in communities of color and wanted to make high-quality, nutrient-dense foods more accessible. Thus, Edenesque became part of her mission, delivering outrageously delicious plant-based milks to the masses, starting with food-insecure neighborhoods. Edenesque sources from sustainable farmers and uses whole ingredients to support and strengthen bodies without any fillers or additives.

Mouth Party Caramel
To Mouth Party Caramels owner B.G. Purcell, it just takes five simple ingredients to create pure magic: butter, cream, sugar, corn syrup, and pure vanilla extract! That’s the four-generation family recipe that makes up the base for every flavor of gourmet caramel. Plus, a portion of Mouth Party’s profits are donated to cancer research every year!
