A Wrap-Up of Our 44th Annual Caring For Kids Campaign

Mark Broadhurst (Chief Operations Officer, Parkhurst) and his daughter Lilly Broadhurst, Nathaniel Pugliese (Manager, Canonsburg Eat’n Park), Linda Mayou (Retired Eat’n Park Team Member), Jim Bann (Managing Director of Operations, Restaurant Division), Caitlin Schweighardt (Manager of Corporate Communications, ENPHG)

The holiday season is a special time of year at Parkhurst Dining. Starting with our five-week Caring for Kids campaign that runs from November to December, we engage in a variety of fundraising activities to benefit area children’s hospitals. This year, we held a gingerbread house building event, a bake sale, a T-shirt sale, and a Pie a Manager event, with team members coming together to raise money that goes directly to children’s hospitals across our footprint.

At a Lake Forest College fundraising event, team members pied their managers as a fundraising activity!
Centre College held a gingerbread house competition where people could donate money to vote on their favorite house!
Thomas Jefferson University East Falls Dining supported the Caring for Kids campaign with a T-shirt fundraiser!

To all our guests and partners, we hope you have a happy holiday season and that we can continue to build something special with you in the new year!
