This year’s theme, Personalize Your Plate, promotes creating nutritious meals to meet individuals’ cultural and personal food preferences and needs.

The nutrition and dietetics sphere is changing very rapidly and going through an incredible transformation as a whole, so I’m proud to be in the position to influence how our organization embraces and adapts to it. People are becoming more aware of how health and nutrition is so personal – there’s no one size fits all approach – and how a more modern, realistic, and inclusive approach can totally change the game.
