COZY UP WITH CAMPUS DINING: Overnight Chai Oats

As you know, we’ve been braving the winter weather with our Soup’s On culinary theme this January and February. Honing in more specifically on our Higher Education sites, we’ve also been celebrating our seasonal theme Cozy Up with Campus Dining.

The goal of this kit is to let students know that our campus kitchens have everything covered this winter. Our onsite chefs have cultivated a menu that is full of warm, comforting food customized to their school’s audience with crave-ability always in mind, from a Caprese Artichoke Flatbread to Pecan Caramel Sticky Buns.  After all, it’s so important for students to stay nourished, energized, and motivated during these post-winter break, pre-spring break months that can sometimes drag on forever.

We’re featuring our Overnight Chai Oats recipe, which can be easily made at home – even if your home is a dorm room! This recipe will kick-start any morning with its smooth yet spicy aroma, complemented nicely with a creamy non-dairy milk. This delicious addition to your morning routine will keep you full and energized for hour.  Plus, your taste buds will thank you.
