Customization has taken the food industry by storm. It’s so prevalent in this day and age that according to a study of food service trends done by the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM), 72% of consumers expect their meal to be fully customizable.
We’ve always been proud to really run with the theme of customization, whether by necessity – guests’ allergy requirements and lifestyle choices – or by a completely open avenue of communication with our guests. That means special menu requests, tweaks to our offerings to match their preferences, and lots and lots of opportunities to give them total control, like Wok Bars, BYO Pizza, and beyond!
That’s why we’re so excited to highlight December’s theme: Custom Culinary Creations.
We now present to you December’s recipe cards, featuring a Tuscan bowl and a Sushi bowl, which can be followed verbatim or adapted to your own liking. Whether you prefer it mild or spicy, with lots of sauce or just a dash, vegan or full carnivore, don’t be afraid to color outside of the lines here… the sky’s the limit! Enjoy.
